Benefits of scalp massage:

- It improves hair’s resilience
- It’s relaxing
Carrier Oils to use during scalp massage:
- Olive oil – Softens frizzy hair
- Almond oil – Smooths split ends
- Coconut oil – Moisturizes and can be used as a dandruff remedy
- Castor oil – Encourages hair growth and strengthens hair
Essential Oils to add to Carrier Oils
- Rosemary Essential Oil – The antioxidants in rosemary essential oil helps combat free radical damage that causes hair loss. It also increases circulation to the hair follicles for greater supply of nutrient rich blood for faster, healthier hair growth.
- Eucalyptus Essential Oil – Stimulates hair growth and prevents hair loss.
Mix 3 to 6 drops of essential oil into 2 tablespoons of carrier oil. Use the fingertips to systematically work through all areas of the scalp starting from the front, to the sides and finally to the back. Use circular movements and firm pressure to stimulate the blood circulation. This stimulation ensures that the nutrient rich blood feeds the cells and hair follicles there by encouraging hair growth.
Ensure that your blood is full of all the nutrients needed to feed the cells and follicles by taking supplements that support healthy hair growth.
